After a degree in Hospitality specialising in management and marketing, Christelle worked for several prestigious hotels, such as the Château de Cordeillan Bages in Pauillac and the Petit Nice in Marseille. She is also equipped with international experience, having worked in London, Belfast and Ghana. She joined the Pic group in 2009 as head waitress in the hotel restaurant, and eventually worked her way up to maître d'hôtel. She is now in charge of Anne-Sophie Pic's L'Epicerie establishment.
