His motto: Cook to express yourself, not to impress others!
After obtaining his vocational and professional cooking qualifications, Hugo went on to add a long list of prestigious restaurants to his CV, including the * Chalet D’Adrien in Switzerland, the * Château de Curzay, the * Passion et Gourmandises, and La Résidence de la Pinède. He complemented his training with courses in molecular gastronomy, pastry-making and baking, giving him as broad an understanding of cooking techniques as possible. He joined the Anne-Sophie Pic restaurant in 2010 as chef de partie.
His motto: Even if perfection is impossible, it shouldn't stop us from trying!
Passionate about baking from a young age, Eric passed his vocational and professional training as an external candidate before advancing onto his technical qualification. Le Petit Nice-Passédat, Le Casadelmar and Le Chabichou are just some of the restaurants graced by this pastry chef's presence before he joined Anne-Sophie Pic in April 2011 as pastry sous-chef.
A great team that plays with textures and flavours!
His motto: sometimes, perfection is the thing that goes unnoticed.
Cyril's journey has been shaped by his work with inspirational individuals, such as the manager of Château de Rochegude, who passed on his passion for products and customer service, and then Jean Broully, the Michelin-starred chef in Tarrare who introduced him to the world of cooking. He continued his experience with Jean-Maurice Gaudry, and then joined Maison Pic in 1993. His education (professional cooking qualification and hospitality diploma) is a great advantage to him in his work. For him, the synergy between the kitchen and front of house is essential!
A team devoted to ensuring you have a unique and unforgettable experience.
His motto: Curiosity, rigour, sharing
After studying at hospitality college in Limoges, Baptiste obtained an additional qualification in wines in Tain-l'Hermitage. He followed this up with ten years with Bernard Loiseau, where he discovered all the different sides to the role of sommelier. He came to Maison Pic in January 2016 with the goal of preserving and growing the wine cellar.
An inquisitive team that's open to the world... of wines!
