A place of authenticity, Le Bistrot André pays tribute to André Pic, grandfather of Anne-Sophie Pic and an emblematic figure of French gastronomy in the 1930s, while keeping alive the memory of Jacques Pic, his father, his father, a visionary chef at Maison Pic, who brought family culinary excellence to international prominence.
A place that talks about family history
Family history, objects steeped in memory, a warm atmosphere: Le Bistrot André is much more than a restaurant. It is a timeless journey through the Pic generations, where every corner exudes authenticity, where each portrait on the wall reveals lived memories. In fine weather, the terrace, bathed in sun and pleasantly shaded, is organized around a stone fountain from which the water flows gently.

Le Bistrot André embodies the spirit of the Pic family. Here, hospitality meets generosity and boldness. Through this bistro-style cuisine, Anne-Sophie Pic crafts a cuisine of the present while paying tribute to the past: generous dishes inspired by traditional French recipes, delicately and precisely reimagined, such as the Richelieu blood sausage, the mosaic of red mullet and foie gras with bouillabaisse jelly by Jacques Pic, or the orange frozen soufflé he also created in his time.

Throughout the year, the Epicurean Gatherings at Le Bistrot André bring together sommeliers and winemakers in a warm, convivial atmosphere for bistronomic dinners curated by Paz Levinson, Executive Sommelier of Pic Group, and Edmond Gasser. These evenings celebrate the art of food and wine pairing through a unique and passionate storytelling experience.
