In Valence, The Wine Cellar of Restaurant Pic***, initiated by Jacques Pic and enriched over 40 years, embodies unique know-how. Built around a vertical approach, it highlights the evolution of Grands Crus, each vintage being selected with precision to reveal their full depth.
THE WINE CELLAR: a place of wine stories and reconciliation
Paz Levinson and Edmond Gasser are creating a remarkable cellar that now houses 2,600 references and 32,000 bottles. They highlight the wines of the Rhône Valley, while exploring more confidential terroirs. Always in search of discoveries, they travel the world in search of rare bottles, creating pairings where wine interacts elegantly with Anne-Sophie Pic's cuisine. The wine cellar reconciles man and nature and is also a mediator between the winegrower who creates and the taster. It is the scene of this timeless encounter.
