A double expertise embodied by its founders
David Sinapian, President of the Pic Group, oversees strategy, development and management, allowing Anne-Sophie Pic to devote herself fully to her creative activities. He is also President of Les Grandes Tables du Monde. An expert in the Pic customer experience, he and his collaborators imagine each restaurant as a sensory experience creating unique memories. Anne-Sophie Pic, Creative Director of Pic Group, preserves the culinary heritage of Maison Pic, cultivating a concept that is dear to her, namely transmission. For 30 years, she has ensured that everything that is offered there is imbued with the know-how and audacity that characterize her.
A structured group, based in Valence
In Valence, Pic Group is structured around two spaces like its founders. The Pic Lab, a creative laboratory, is the place where the chef explores ingredients and techniques and transmits her know-how to chefs around the world. At the same time, Carré de Pic brings together support functions — HR, finance, finance, communication, marketing, F&B, accounting and legal — essential to the performance, influence and growth of the group.

Since 2024, the Pic Lab, the research and development center of Chef Anne-Sophie Pic, has brought together the Group's executive heads. It is a living space where the Chef's ideas abound and come to life. From this effervescence are born singular dishes, driven by exceptional know-how and the vision of Anne-Sophie Pic resolutely turned towards the future. This unique place, dedicated to creativity and transmission, encourages experimentation, dialogue and reflection.
THE CONSULTING DIVISION
the Pic Group consulting division imagines and develops exceptional culinary experiences on behalf of partners. Whether they are hoteliers or operators, Pic Group supports its customers in defining the positioning of the experience, the creation of the F&B concept and its offers, the selection of tableware, the orchestration of the service, the recruitment of teams, the recruitment of teams, the monitoring of development and the maintenance of defined quality standards.

A team committed to excellence
Alongside the Chef, a passionate team brings each of our core businesses to life: in the kitchen, Aurélien Poirot, Baptiste Barras and Naïs Pirolet imagine and refine recipes on a daily basis. In pastry, Eric Verbauwhede imagines daring creations with the Chef. In sommelier, Paz Levinson builds sensitive and surprising pairings, revealing the wines as well as the nuances of the dishes. In mixology, Mike Kassabian creates tailor-made cocktails, designed as an extension of the experience.
A VISION

Fifteen years ago, with the opening of Pic au Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne, Pic Group began looking beyond borders, drawing inspiration from ever more evocative terroirs for Chef Anne-Sophie Pic. La Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic in Hong Kong, followed by La Dame de Pic Dubai and Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie in Bangkok, demonstrate just how internationally minded Pic Group has become. Since December 2023, Anne-Sophie Pic has partnered with Maison Dior to create a sweet offering for Dior Cafés in Japan and China.

Pic Group also puts its expertise at the service of the organization of exceptional events and receptions imbued with Anne-Sophie Pic's culinary identity. Capturing the essence of each project and revealing it through sensory experiences is the core of the mission of the event center. Culinary settings or spectacular tables are designed to serve any type of event (exceptional dinner, signature cocktail, gala dinner, corporate evening, opening...).
