Located inside the Forty-Five, at the top of the Gloucester Tower at Landmark in the Central District of Hong Kong, the Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic restaurant is the result of an exceptional collaboration between Baccarat, Anne-Sophie Pic and Hong Kong's Leading Nation Hospitality.
An inspiring place with a breathtaking view
Designed by the Parisian studio Gilles & Boissier, the Cristal Room embodies French refinement and the Baccarat spirit through an interplay of materials and transparency. Her kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, plunges guests into the heart of the Chef's expertise. Thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows, the venue offers a spectacular view of Hong Kong Bay by day, and an intimate and bright atmosphere at night.


French cuisine inspired by Asia
Anne-Sophie Pic's unique culinary signature offers a sensitive reading of every detail, a subtle balance of flavors, textures and aromas. The Chef has always appreciated Asia for its richness, its range of flavors, herbs and spices and is particularly fond of local markets and gardens for their visuals and the scents they emanate. From these trips, she memorizes wonderful flavors that she integrates into her compositions while maintaining the codes of French cuisine. Unique creations for the Cristal Room were then born, such as Yunnan Chinese pea, rose geranium, sake lees, tsukudani, gyokuro and caviar, or Comté Berlingots aged 24 months, aged 24 months, consumed from mushrooms infused with coffee and sobacha.
Sommellerie as an aromatic dialogue
With Paz Levinson, Executive Sommelier of the Pic Group, Anne-Sophie Pic has developed a drinks menu, including wines from renowned classical domains as well as winemakers using more contemporary methods such as biodynamics. But also new creations with or without alcohol, including White Rose seaweed, or Clear Tonka, a non-alcoholic cocktail with unique flavors, infused with oolong tea and tonka beans.

In the kitchen, Executive Chef Marc Mantovani brings to life the sensitive and daring creations of Chef Anne-Sophie Pic. With a professional career in the Pic culinary world, a commitment to the artistic vision and heritage embodied by Anne-Sophie Pic, Marc Mantovani started at the André Bistro before climbing the ranks and accessing the position of Executive Chef here in 2022. On the pastry side, Clément Mollar is working to reveal the sweet signature of Chef Anne-Sophie Pic through iconic creations such as white millefeuille. In the dining room as well as in the sommelier, the Chef's culinary desire extends by offering a refined and original experience.
