My husband David and I imagined the restaurant Anne-Sophie Pic like a bubble outside of time, intimate and sensitive. The main room is centred around a crystal chandelier unravelling three large luminous windowed bays which open into the gardens.
Three separate settings and yet one common thread: very feminine colour coded greys and powdered pinks, details evoking the history of the house, Japan, which I am very fond of, and the presence of plant life; a sober and highlighted conception of refinement.
Together with my teams, I have created a new, multi-sensory experience in our Maison de Famille in Valence.
An invitation to travel around a path, such as the alluvial soils of the Rhône, which I invite you to discover.
This new adventure, made up of 10 stops, has as its guiding thread the impregnation and sublimation of the product and its aromas in a journey that appeals to all your senses.
This travel is also the reconciliation of the universes that guide the creation of the dish up to its tasting. First of all in the kitchen, where intensity and concentration are put at the service of emotion, in the taste, as in the presentation, and the desire to surprise around a new facet of the product revealed.
This inner travel, this quest for the senses that has always animated me, in a relentless search for harmony, for the quintessence of the product in its essentials, is the red thread of this new experience that I have so much pleasure in sharing with you.
My husband David and I wanted to encourage social interaction in our hotel by creating a welcoming environment in our establishment.
The salons were conceived as immense spaces of conviviality and social life, resolutely open and electric, where one will encounter a contemporary style with references to the past. The rooms are an invitation to laziness.
sobriety. Elegance is expressed here in the purity and choice of materials of excellence, leather, rosewood, silver leaf screens, silk carpets. Mostly oriented towards the gardens, projecting the natural warmth of the external world to create an enchanted moment in time.
André is a place with a rich history… a culinary history spanning four generations of chefs have marked and shared their vision of the world with great generosity. With the Pic family, there’s a constant search for truth and accuracy.
Through the dishes on André’s menu, the story of my family is written, told and, above all, tasted. A history where each generation has created its own style, shown creativity, and made a name for itself, while remaining true to its name.

A restaurant that serves recipes straight from one of the jewels of French gastronomy: the Pic family. Come and share a timeless moment of hospitality, generosity, a touch of audacity and emblematic dishes at the “bistrot cocorico”.
The Pic family knows all about the taste of vacation. On the banks of the Nationale 7, since 1936, André Pic has been delighting and delighting crowds of summer visitors with comforting recipes, such as the ravioles of Romans. It was his mother, Sophie, who passed on to him this sense of hospitality from the Auberge du Pin, where venison and dishes in French sauce graced the tables. Then it was Jacques Pic, André’s son, who brought the world to Valence, with his recipes whose inventiveness only competes with their conviviality.
This spirit of the Pic family, made of great hospitality, generosity and a touch of audacity, Anne-Sophie Pic now shares it with you at André. Recipes handed down in the secrecy of starred grimoires, brought up to date, now available for you.

In the warm salons of the Hôtel Pic*****, Anne-Sophie Pic and her Executive Pastry Chef Éric Verbauwhede play a sweet score with delicacy and lightness.
Imagined as a whirlwind of flavours, this generous, gourmet 4H features quince, fir buds, citrus fruits, spices and chocolate to create a daring palette of fragrances that will delight gourmets. And to enhance the experience, creative drinks, with or without alcohol, teas or coffees, will make this a moment to remember.
