On September 20th, a new exceptional destination opened in Thailand: Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie, nestled in the heart of the legendary Mandarin Oriental Bangkok.

For the first time in its history, the renowned Le Normandie restaurant bears the name of a chef, and for the first time, a woman is at the helm of this iconic table: Anne-Sophie Pic, the world’s most starred female chef.

With its breathtaking views of the Chao Phraya, an elegant design by Humbert & Poyet, and an outstanding team, Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie delivers a unique experience: French cuisine full of soul, enhanced by the richness of Thai cultures and ingredients.
