More than just a relay between the kitchen and the customer, the clerk is a key player in this unique sensory experience.
The clerk plays a central role in the fluidity and quality of service.
Its main responsibilities:
• Ensure the impeccable cleanliness of the room, offices and all service equipment
• Participate in setting up the room, by carrying out simple training tasks, always with respect for detail
• Assist the Head of Rank throughout the service, providing discreet but essential support at each stage
• Ensure the link between the room and the kitchen, by facilitating fluid and effective communication between teams.
