RECEPTIONIST

Reporting to the Head of Reception and representative of the quality of service of Maison Pic from the customer's reservation to his departure, his missions are as follows:
• Ensure the reception of hotel customers, restaurants or any other visitor (both by telephone and in person)
• Record arrivals and departures, deliver the keys and provide room assistance.
• Inform customers effectively and meet concierge service expectations as soon as possible.
• Memorize the habits of different types of customers and write them down in a cardex
• Manage customer complaints and communicate them to superiors
• Maintain good relationships with external concierge service providers
• Respond to letters and emails as soon as possible.
• Deal with customer disputes with professionalism and courtesy
• Cash in guests staying at the hotel and customers of the Pic*** Restaurant
• Optimize hotel and restaurant reservations
• Be responsible for the cash register, the safe keys and the general pass
• Dealing with the unexpected
• Suggest improvements in products, services and procedures
• Promote versatility
• Promote the activities offered by the hotel
• Use upselling techniques at reception
• Develop additional sales
• Respect and apply current hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with all Maison Pic services
