Her cuisine, reflecting her philosophy of “Imprégnation,” unfolds through original creations that intertwine emblematic forms and motifs with subtle aromatic harmonies.

The savoury selection features œufs mimosa and onion soup as a tribute to the iconic cannage motif, while the signature desserts — L’Ovale, Granville, Le Lady and La Rose — explore matcha, yuzu and pistachio in a delicate interplay of fresh and gently bitter notes. Le Cannage Sucré marries strawberry, rice and sake, orchestrating a multi-act composition conceived especially for this address. Chocolates and pastries extend the experience at home, where excellence and creativity converge.
