On the occasion of the International Day of Gastronomy, on April 13, Chef Anne-Sophie Pic will take part in Momentum. Organized by Les Grandes Tables du Monde, this event will simultaneously bring together 38 member restaurants across 13 countries, mobilizing 76 Michelin stars around 19 four-hands dinners.

Chef Anne-Sophie Pic will have the pleasure of welcoming, at Restaurant Pic*** in Valence, the three-Michelin-starred German chef Tohru Nakamura, from the restaurant Tohru in der Schreiberei in Munich, for an exceptional four-hands dinner. He will be accompanied by his Head Chef, Dominik Schmid.

During this exclusive dinner led by two three-Michelin-starred chefs, Anne-Sophie Pic’s singular and delicate universe will meet Tohru Nakamura’s inventiveness, offering guests an unprecedented culinary dialogue. This dinner promises a rare experience, where boldness and creativity unite to surprise and move every guest.

About Tohru Nakamura
