This Champagne house, founded in 1920 by Eugène-Aimé Salon, has become legendary thanks to its one and only cuvée: “S” de Salon.
This champagne was born of Eugène-Aimé Salon’s dream of expressing the power of the Mesnil-sur-Oger terroir in a single vintage, with Chardonnay as the only grape variety.
To understand the rarity of this wine, one need only imagine that this cuvée saw the light of day only some thirty times during the 20th century.
