On October 2nd, Chef Anne-Sophie Pic hosts an exceptional dinner at her three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Valence, in collaboration with Maison Billecart-Salmon.
🥂 This unique evening will feature refined food and champagne pairings, including iconic cuvées presented by Mathieu Roland-Billecart himself.
Linked since 1959, the Pic and Billecart-Salmon families share a legacy of excellence and passion. Their encounter promises a rare and emotional celebration of craftsmanship, tradition, and bold creativity.
