On November 14th, La Dame de Pic Paris will host a special winemaker’s dinner with Coralie and Damien Delecheneau, the heart and soul of Domaine La Grange Tiphaine.
This passionate duo of winemakers, trained at Bordeaux’s DNO, chose in 2002 to return to their native lands and write their own story. In Amboise, between Tours and Blois, they have patiently shaped a domaine that reflects their vision: sincere, demanding, and deeply respectful of nature. Together, they have built a shared creation where precision meets the sensitivity of the terroir. Their biodynamic work, carried out with rigor and conviction, reveals the finesse and purity of the Montlouis-sur-Loire soils.
The story of La Grange Tiphaine is also one of returning to one’s roots and following a shared dream. After traveling the world, Coralie and Damien embraced the simplicity and authenticity of their land to craft wines full of emotion. Each cuvée tells a fragment of their life, each vintage captures a moment of their shared passion. Their creation “Quatre Mains” embodies this unbreakable bond, a wine that speaks like a dialogue, where each finds their voice in the other.
During this exceptional dinner, Chef Anne-Sophie Pic’s creations will engage in a dialogue with Coralie and Damien’s wines, creating a subtle harmony of emotion and elegance. It will be a rare moment of sharing and discovery, celebrating the union of cuisine and the art of wine, as well as the beauty of a journey shaped by love, conviction, and transmission.
