On October 16, La Dame de Pic Paris will pay tribute to the Burgundy estate Domaine Chanterêves.
For this exceptional evening, Executive Chef Sommelier Paz Levinson and Head Sommelier Mariela Vietes will welcome Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott, the winemakers behind the Domaine, for a sensory journey featuring meticulously crafted food and wine pairings.
Founded in 2010 by the Franco-Japanese duo Tomoko Kuriyama and Guillaume Bott, Domaine Chanterêves has established itself as a distinctive signature in the heart of Burgundy. Based in Savigny-lès-Beaune, at the very core of the prestigious Côte de Beaune, the Domaine blends the richness of local winemaking traditions with an international perspective inspired by Japan.
Tomoko, a Japanese oenologist who trained in renowned vineyards in Germany and Burgundy, brings a remarkably precise approach, with a focus on balance, purity, and the expressiveness of each grape variety.

At her side, Guillaume draws on the experience he gained at prestigious estates such as Domaine Simon Bize, bringing with him an intimate knowledge of the Burgundian terroir and a recognized mastery of viticulture.
Driven by the same high standards, together they craft wines that reveal both the depth of the terroir and a contemporary vision of Burgundy. Their philosophy is rooted in sustainable, environmentally respectful practices: grapes sourced from organically farmed vineyards are vinified with minimal intervention, allowing the fruit to fully express its character.
Domaine Chanterêves thus embodies a meeting of heritage and modernity, where Burgundian savoir-faire and Japanese sensitivity come together to create exceptional wines — elegant expressions of innovation and respect for the land.
