Since its creation in 1861, the Beau-Rivage Palace has embodied timeless elegance in Lausanne. It was here, in 2009, that Anne-Sophie Pic chose to establish her first restaurant abroad, guided by her love for the Swiss countryside.

This new setting promises a gastronomic experience to match the legendary beauty of the Beau-Rivage Palace on the shores of Lake Geneva. It has been imagined and shaped by the Chef, and sublimated by the architect Tristan Auer, as an extension of her culinary philosophy, Suffusion, a combination of aromas in a precise balance creating unprecedented flavours. Anne-Sophie Pic draws on the tender memories of her childhood in Switzerland, from Lake Geneva to the Alpine peaks, from the forests to the vineyards.

Anne-Sophie Pic has entrusted the secrets of Swiss producers and craftsmen to her Chef Jordan Theurillat, who has been loyal to her for over 10 years, to Dominique Perreti, who is in charge of wine pairings and the magnificent wine list, and to Diane Blanch, who will be managing the restaurant from 2021.

The culinary signature of my restaurant was born as I travelled this Helvetic way. A sensitive, floral cuisine that celebrates the lake and the fragrances from the plain to the Alpine peaks
