On 1 April, the Bistrot André is honoured to host Barbara Sandrone, heiress and guardian of this precious savoir-faire. Luciano’s daughter, along with her uncle Luca and daughter Alessia, she preserves the challenging art of Barolo with an approach as delicate as it is authentic.

Enjoy the subtle harmony between the character of these Italian wines and the generosity of André’s cuisine during a special dinner. In every glass, the mark of a unique terroir, sublimated by a vinification without affectation, faithful to the traditions of the estate.
