Chef Anne-Sophie Pic invites you to discover this new edition of 4H, inspired by the generous nature of the Drôme region, where the fragrance of orchard fruits blends intimately with the delicacy of garrigue herbs.

Alongside Éric Verbauwhede, Groupe Pic Executive Pastry Chef, and Cédric Barrère, Pic Valence Pastry Chef, we imagined it as a moment suspended between gentleness and character, celebrating the richness of the surrounding countryside and the authenticity of the emblematic pastries that are the soul of our region.

Conceived as a sensory stroll, first savory and then sweet, this summery 4H is guided by the poetry of the Drôme’s paths.
