Anne-Sophie Pic at the “Château de Versailles”
on the occasion of the State dinner in honour of King Charles III
Anne-Sophie Pic is proud and honoured to have been chosen by the Élysée Palace to take part in this state dinner.
“I was thrilled to be part of the team of chefs who cooked for the state dinner in honour of King Charles III. Our aim was to celebrate French cuisine, and it was with great pride that I cooked with products from my region, in particular almonds from the Drôme,” says Anne-Sophie, very happy with the way this incredible meal turned out.
For all the Pic teams present, it was an immense pleasure to share this moment in the kitchen to showcase French gastronomy.
