On February, 27th, the Bar Pic is hosting a unique gin tasting with Miko Abouaf, artisan distiller and visionary creator of audacious gins. From 6.30 pm to 8 pm, let yourself be inspired by a four-part tasting session, guided by the tales and secrets of the master distiller.
Miko Abouaf, founder of Audemus Spirits, is a Franco-Australian distiller with a highly audacious background. Born in Sydney, he discovered his passion for spirits as a child at his mother’s side. After cycling around France in pursuit of his heart’s work, he settled in Cognac, where he learned the art of distillation. In 2013, he founded Audemus Spirits, an innovative distillery that sublimates botanicals through vacuum distillation. His artisanal and experimental approach has given rise to exceptional spirits such as Pink Pepper Gin and Covert Liqueur, which are winning over lovers and renowned chefs alike.
With mixologist Mike Kassabian from Pic Valence, this evening will be a real immersion in the art of gin, explored from a unique angle. A unique experience, in a refined atmosphere, to awaken your senses and explore the fascinating world of the greatest spirits.
