Anne-Sophie Pic and David Sinapian are opening their first restaurant on the Asian continent in the heart of the mythical Raffles Hotel Singapore. This will be the third Dame de Pic restaurant after Paris in 2012 and London in 2017, both honoured with a Michelin star.
The concept remains the same: an elevated cuisine in a relaxed style. At the Dame de Pic Singapore, guests will discover the chef’s signature Valentinois dishes, such as her berlingots au crémeux de chèvre de Banon.
Located in the dining room of the hotel, inside the main building, this contemporary and chic restaurant is magnificently conceived with a gracious and soft palette evoking Anne-Sophie’s favourite colours and materials: pastel shades and natural decorative elements such as leather or wood.
“The decision to make my Asian debut at the Raffles Hotel Singapore was completely natural for me. Like Raffles, the culinary patrimony of the Pic family extends for more than a century. And like this magnificent hotel, which will become one of our international locations, we a have a story to tell and are always striving for excellence.
